DESIGNED FOR 10-INCH BANNETON BASKETS：Sized for 10-inch round and oval proofing baskets, these banneton basket liners feature elastic edges that wrap securely around the basket rim. The flexible fit helps keep the liner in position while covering dough during the proofing process.

BREATHABLE LINEN-COTTON FABRIC：Made from a textured linen-cotton blend, the fabric provides a breathable surface for dough while helping manage surface moisture during fermentation. The natural woven texture adds a traditional baking feel and is suitable for repeated use.

ROUND, OVAL AND JAR COVER OPTIONS：Use the round and oval banneton covers with different bread shapes, while the two smaller elastic covers are designed for sourdough starter jars. The jar covers allow airflow while helping protect the starter from dust and other kitchen particles.
